Refund Policy for LLaMaRush.com

Thank you for using LLaMaRush. As a digital SaaS platform providing automated SEO tools and content services, our refund structure is limited.


1. General Policy

All payments made on LLaMaRush are non-refundable, except in specific conditions listed below.

Because the system provides:

  • Instant website data crawling
  • Immediate access to SEO insights
  • Automated content generation
  • CMS scheduling functions

…we cannot reverse the services once they are activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund ONLY if:

2.1 Technical Issues

A refund may be approved if:

  • The service fails to function on your account
  • The problem is proven to be from our side, not your CMS, hosting, or Google tools
  • Our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days

2.2 Accidental Duplicate Payments

Refunds are allowed for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Multiple payments made accidentally

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • Your website rankings do not improve
  • You do not like the generated content
  • You connected incorrect GSC/GA4 properties
  • You misconfigured your CMS
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the service
  • Website performance dropped due to algorithm changes
  • You failed to use the service during your subscription period
  • Google, CMS, or hosting issues affect functionality

SEO results are not guaranteed, so refunds cannot be based on performance.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime, but:

  • Previous payments are not refunded
  • Access continues until the billing cycle ends

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, email:

  • Payment reference ID
  • Explanation of the issue

Refund requests are evaluated within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If a user initiates an unauthorized chargeback:

  • Their account may be suspended
  • Legal/collection action may be taken if fraudulent behavior is detected
